Hello I last had sex over a month ago (Sep 18) and then had my period the following week 22-26. I am due for my period this Tues (Oct 20) but the last week have been crampy, sore breast, and bloated. could I be pregnant? I was at the Dr the other day for a cold and they did a urine test but did not tell me anything (so I assume nothing i.e. pregnancy showed) but Im still worried.

Guide

Hello and thank you for choosing EmpowHer,
Since you had a regular period after having intercourse, you can't be pregnant. Vaginal bleeding that occurs during pregnancy is only spotting that lasts a couple days.
Periods can be late or irregular for other reasons besides pregnancy, such as stress, imbalanced hormones, medications etc.
It is usually nothing to worry about. Doctors usually recommend taking birth control pills to regulate your period. However, regular periods are only necessary if you want to become pregnant, or you have severe symptoms related to your irregular period such as heavy, prolonged periods.
