I am just coming off depo after being on it for a year. I ended up having a period in mid-may and opted to stop the meds and manage my endo symptoms on my own. I am using an app to track symptoms and periods to better learn my cycle but according to it I am 8 days late. I have symptoms of my period now and feel like I'm bleeding but every time I go check - it's not there. Could this just be my body adjusting to coming off the meds?
*note I have taken a pregnancy test and it came back negative as I wanted to rule that out, even though we are using condoms.
