Usually, it takes about 48 hours to an antibiotic to reach levels to effectively destroy the bacteria which caused the pneumonia. Any time after that, I would think you are not contagious. However, be cautious, cover your mouth and nose and wash your hands well.
You may want to stay home at least a week to avoid the possibility of infecting your co-workers.
