Possible hormonal problem?

I am very upset. I can't afford to go to my doctor for pregnancy testing right now. I am having alot of pregnancy signs such as lotiony milky discharge ( i never had this before), boobs have sporatic shots of pain, pigmentation on forehead has turned to tan patches, i am having sporatic lower belly cramps, and i crave food. I am 44 years old. I have not missed a period yet. I was told it was all hormone related, but i am thinking these are too many signs to be hormonal. Please give me some advice.

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER. I am glad you reached out to our community. I can appreciate your concern coupled with the financial burden of going to the doctor's office.

You mention that you have not missed a period. Testing for pregnancy would not be necessary.

I really cannot think of a cause for the changes in pigmentation on your forehead.

The milky vagianl discharge and sporadic breast pain make me think you are ovulating. This would explain the sporadic lower abdominal cramping and food cravings. All can be premenstrual symptoms.

Regards,
Maryann
