Post abalation op what to expect?

Had my op 12 days ago, the first week I was really pleased how well initially I was. However I really am struggling with my heart rate which has gone from 58 Bpm up to 100 just pottering around the house. Should I have rested more as went back part time to work 5 days ago.

After having a cardiac ablation operation, it is common and to be expected that you experience Arrhythmia (irregular heart beat). This can last up to 8 weeks, give or take a few days.
