post menopausal dryness

and sex is a bit painful (esp upon entry) Sometimes I even bleed a small bit. I am sore for a few days afterwards. Anyone else have this problem?? Just started happening to me.

Vaginal dryness is a common problem, here are some tips:
you can use natural lubricants, drink plenty of water and have an healthy diet with a lot of soy.
