Post Natal Depression Triggers

its been over 3 years I am suffering from PND and trying to find out a trigger for the same as the mood swings are coming on-off again and again though I have tried to control them via therapies treatments and anti depressants. Finally I wanted an answer and so this internet research, where i found this website and so this question here! any help would be appreciated. I want to write a lot, but would want to answer specific questions asked by the experts, so awaiting them.

Thanks for posting. Have you been under treatment for postpartum depression for over three years now? Postpartum depression generally last from a few months up to a year. What can happen is that you may be suffering from depression, but it is no longer considered PPD. Different things trigger mood swings for different people-- finances, work, whatever causes you stress, etc. 

Please continue to go to therapy if you feel like nothing is improving by seeing him/her occasionally.
