pre-ejaculate

hi just wondering if anyone could help me out because i cant stop thinking about the possibilities of pregnancy.

Basically on the 26th oct and 3rd Nov me and my bf were together. He did finger me and casual dry humping with clothes. What is the possibility of pregnancy. On one of the days he took his penis out and held it for abit (like about 15-20 seconds) but did not masturbate.. I know he did not ejaculate but i read that pre-ejaculate could also get you preg if theres sperm in it. He did not insert his penis inside me but im concerned because he touched himself and then touched me BUT as far as i could remember he did not finger me right away. I know the basics like pre-ejaculative fluid could have alive sperm if a guy had a previous ejaculation and did not urinate after. I know my boyfriend always has a wash before he sees me and he does not ejaculate or masturbate on those days. He also told me that he needs to relieve and urinate straight after he has ejaculated so does the acidity of the urine kill all the sperm or could there be any left over in his pre-ejaculate? I'm so sorry if this sounds silly...

My period is late and these months i have lost quite abit of weight and i read that weight loss can interfere with periods? Is this true?
Im on Microgynon 30 because my period are not clockwork but im not regular on the pill but normally when i do take it i start my withdrawal bleed 3-4 days after but this time i havnt which is rather odd for me.
My boyfriend told me to take a test if im that concerned. I did and it came back as negative. I did it today morning with FMU and it was negative but i don't know if its too early and whether it's reliable.

Guide

Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
First of all, taking Microgynon 30 off and on is not only bad for your hormonal balance (which also disrupts your cycle) but also will not prevent pregnancy. You need to take the drug correctly, or not take it at all.
Weight loss can effect your menstrual cycle like you said.
In regard to pregnancy, you are not pregnant first of all. If you are worried about pregnancy without having intercourse you may not be ready for sexual activity. If you are not having sex, you cannot become pregnant.
