Happy New year Empowher
I hope this year brings lots of happiness for all the team
Anyway, I have posted before in September. I posted something about pregnancy without penetration. I just gave my boyfriend a handjob and he fingered me. He did ejaculate but did not finger me after that .. So I imagine pregnancy is out the picture.
Taken multiple pregnancy tests (all negative)
I have had bleeding every month prior to this incident but since yesterday I have been feeling very nauseous and just quite unwell (feels like I have a bug) but at the back of my mind I keep thinking could it be related to pregnancy coz I've read up on the net many weird stories. I have had no sexual
I have been underweight (currently 7 stones) . Has been like this for months but never felt like this. I keep telling myself it was impossible to get pregnant on what we did but guess I need reassurance. All the bleeding seemed like my normal period (all 5 days max) .. With brown discharge towards the beginning and end.
I have refrained from all these sexual activities since September coz it causes me to feel anxious. From what I've told you does it sound like I'm pregnant. Seems silly just writing about this

Dear Anon,
Thanks for the update on how you are doing.
You have answered your own question, really. There was no penetration. All pregnancy tests negative, and you have been having your period. I don't know what will convince you that you are not pregnant. Your anxiety over this is a real concern, though. You should make an appointment with your doctor for a complete physical (if it has been a while). Consider asking your doctor for a referral to a counselor so that you can speak to someone about this obsession with being pregnant when there is no factual basis for it. I wish you all the best in the New Year ahead, hopefully, without this fear. Keep us updated.
Best,
