Right I’m in a position where I don’t know what to think. Mid August sexually assaulted (no penetration) .. I assumed pregnancy was not be an outcome due to his penis not going inside. Anyway I had a normal period end of that month and the cycles ahead of that. My November cycle was a little odd where I had brown and some red spotting on day 18 and 19. Two days later went for a private blood and ultra sound due to the fact that women could still bleed in pregnancy. I started bleeding cd 32 but it was unusually weird. 2 Days of light brown and red spotting, one day kinda heavy red and then went lighter. Again, I thought it probably just be a weird cycle but this cycle I started to get brown spotting again with a tinsee bit of red and this is cd 11. I’m so confused. When I went to my ultra sound all was a non pregnant belly and by bhcg was 2.4
That August encounter was the only sexual encounter. Please help

I'm not sure what we can say that has not already been said - as you are seeing a doctor and tests have been taken. Pregnancy is not an issue at this point. Stress and anxiety can impact the menstrual cycle or you might have a hormonal imbalance. Your doctor can diagnose this.
