Yes, we are trying to conceive now. and is it possible im pregnant? I am not feeling a lot of symptoms about being pregnant. I was on pills also for 10 months. so i was thinking it might be the effect of the pills. i am getting tired some of the day and my nipples are sore. thank you! hope to hear a word from you.

Hi Anonymous,

Call your gynecologist's office. A blood hCG test may be ordered. A blood pregnancy test is more accurate than a urine test.

Hello Kimberly,

Welcome to the EmpowHER community.

There is a very good chance that your are pregnant. Since your period is late by two weeks, now is the time to take a home pregnancy test.

Within one month of stopping oral contraceptives, ovulation should resume and conception is possible.

Keep us updated,
Maryann
