Guide

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER and thank you for reaching out to us with your concern about the changes in your recent menstrual cycles.

Beside the daily folic acid tablet, are you taking any other medications or drugs to increase your changes of conceiving?

How long was your period for May?

I am concerned about your period for April lasting only one day. Was it an actual flow or spotting?

Anonymous, please consult your gynecologist about this. Your doctor can examine you and order any necessary blood tests, specifically a blood pregnancy test and tests to check your hormone levels.

Please keep us updated.
Regards,
Maryann

No other then folic acid I have not taken any other medication.I have a 6 yrs old girl child, I did not have any issue during her time, I conceived within a month. Now I am concerned as why I am not able to conceive. For the month of May the cycle was normal for 3 days>the menustral cycle for the month of April was a flow not a spotting.I am putting on weight & even my tummy size has increased, people ask me whether I am pregnant

Hello Anonymous,

I think it is time to schedule an appointment with your gynecologist/obstetrician, who can order any necessary blood tests.
