Okay so I made my boyfriend cm and it got on his hands. He did not wash his hands but he wiped them off. Then an hour later he fingered me. Then I had my

No. You did not become pregnant this way. Your boyfriend wiped any semen off of his hands. And any possible semen left would have been dry one hour later. When semen has dried, sperm is dead.
I do not know why your last period lasted only two days. If this continues to be a pattern, do check with your doctor to rule out any hormonal issues.
