Hello, this is my second month on both control I had anal sex the first week of my second pack he did not ejaculate but I heard it was highly likely to get pregnant from pre-ejaculation because the anus and vagnia are so close. There's two days left till my active pills start again I was wondering if I should be concerned? I had bloodwork done and my hormones where normal but insulin was elevated I'm not sure if it's related I'm just really scared and don't know if I need to be I took all pill correctly there was 1 I took 4 hours late

Hello and thank you for using EmpowHer,
There is no possibly way you can become pregnant from having anal sex with or without birth control. Even if you have vaginal intercourse, you will not become pregnant because you are taking birth control pills.
Sperm cannot travel from the anus, to the uterus. Sperm does not have a compass straight to the female egg no matter what. This is why the ejaculation process is so necessary. When a male ejaculates in the vagina, it sends the sperm swimming in the right direction where one of those millions just might fertilized an egg. Which, in your case, would not be fertilized because of the birth control.
So you can relax. If you still worry about getting pregnant without even having vaginal intercourse AND while taking birth control then perhaps you are not ready for sexual activities.
