hi me and my partner have been trying for a baby for 7 months now, im due to come on this friday wich is 2 days time. im havin sharpe pains is this pregnancy or my period coming. i had a transvirginal scan done this mornin and they said they couldnt see anythin but it could be to early. should i do a test? can i have some advice please.

thanku very much for your reply. i had the transvirginal scan done today aswell, but they said they couldnt see anythin yet. is that a good thing or not. could u possibly see a sac at this stage?
