I have not had a period since Dec 2015 but in Jan I spotted for 2 days then haven't had nothing since I have all the signs of pregnancy but all tests are coming back negative, 8 months ago I had a baby boy and with him I had a blood test and 19 tests say negative but then the last 3 I took said positive, this time I took 10 home tests and they say negative every time what should I do?

With so many conflicting test results, I think you should make an appt with your doctor to have a urine test done.
