I got a bit of ejaculate on my finger but wiped it in my trousers, a minute or so later I fingered my girlfriend, could she be pregnant, my fingers were dry, just worried

There is always a risk for pregnancy when sperm enters the vagina. The risk is highest if this happens when the woman is ovulating and there is penetration with ejaculation.
Now, in your case, you hope you removed all the semen from your finger. Hopefully, you did.
Did this happen during ovulation or around day 11 to day 21 of your girlfriend's menstrual cycle?
For now, all you can both due is wait for her next period to start. In the future, wash your hands with soap and water to remove all traces of semen. You both should use protection during sexual activity to prevent an unwanted pregnancy.

Is the possibility low enough not to worry given the fact there was no intercourse? I definitely wiped it off there was no semen on my finger

Probably no risk, but you must remember sperm is so tiny it can only be seen under a microscope. I cannot give you a 100% guarantee.
Her next period will be the only way to know. Just be more careful in the future.

It happened around day 11 or maybe just past that, there was no intercourse, I'm pretty sure I wiped it all off on my trousers but is that really effective enough? How high would the risk be given this method?
