Hi,

I am 28yr old female. Me and my husband do not have any fertility issues. My periods cycle is usually 27 days and it stays for 4-5 days. I'm trying to become pregnant and we had sex on days 13,14,15,17,19. I'm not sure about my ovulation date... I'm worried if we started having sex 1-2 days late or is it fine?

Also wanted to know that 'how long should I lie down after sex for best results for pregnancy'?

If my periods get delayed then from which day can I take a pregnancy card test?

Thanks,
....

Hi empower,

Welcome back.  Most women with regular periods, will ovulate between days 11-21 of their cycle. Counting from day one of your period. Lying on your back after sex might improve your chances of getting pregnant. While there’s no research specifically on lying still after sex to back up the claim.  Take a home pregnancy test, once you know for sure you are late on your period.  It's always best to wait about a week after your period was due.

Best,

Daisy
