I had my period for about four days last month, it usually lasts 7-9 days. and it was very light and only lasted four days. I've felt pretty tired and had to go the bathroom frequently, my breasts hurt, my back aches, I feel sick but don't throw up and now it's July and I've been having this sharp pains on my right side and pelvic area and thry csn't seem to go away and now my period was two days late and I'm spotting. I took a home pregnancy test back it came back negative. Am I crazy or could I be pregnant?

Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER.  If you had unprotected sex during your fertile days, the chances for pregnancy to occur are higher.  Many other conditions can cause changes to your cycles or periods.  It might be best to see a doctor if you continue spotting and the symptoms continues.
