I had sex a day before my last period and when i got my period it only lasted 4 days which is very rare since my period has been 7 days long since my first period. anyway, i have been experiencing bloating and feeling full after very small meals. I have been having constant headaches, fatigue constipation and dizzy spells, i have gained a few pounds in the past month. i havent tried a pregnancy test since i dont believe i might actually be pregnant, now im afraid it may be cysts or cancer- what do you think it could be? please help too afraid to go to the dr

Guide

Hi,
First off, why are you afraid to go to seek a doctor? The symptoms which you are experiencing are not typically the signs of early pregnancy. Your complaint of bloating and fullness after very small meals and constipation are indicative of a gastrointestinal condition. Constant headaches, dizziness and fatigue can be signs of any of a number of conditions. The cause of these symptoms can only be made by a physician, with a physical examination and diagnostic testing, not by an internet conversation. Time is essential because prognosis is best when a diagnosis is made early and treatment is begun as soon as possible.
