Is pregnancy possible?

My boyfirend and I had sex and we used a condom. There was bo genital contact before he had put the condom on, but we were grinding and kissing (with clothes on). He then put the condom on correctly, making sure it was on the right way and we continued to have sex. He didn’t ejaculate inside or around my vagina, but he didn’t hold the base of the condom while he withdrew (is stayed in place and didn’t slip off or anything like that). He kept the condom on and was still erect while he left for the bathroom, only then did he remove the condom and came back in bed withclothes on. He also filled the condom with water to see if there were leaks or tears in the condom. Is it safe to say we used condoms correctly and prevented unwanted pregnancy?

Hello and thank you for writing.

Condoms are more than 98% effective when used correctly so yes, it's safe to say your risk is nearly zero.
