When a woman will show and what symptoms she will have when pregnant will be different for each woman. Just as some women have morning sickness, others don't. Most women will begin to show by 4 months. Again, this can vary. Early signs of pregnancy include fatigue, feeling bloated, frequent urination, mood swings, nausea, and tender or swollen breasts.
