Without intercourse and with clothes is unlikely you will be pregnant.

Hi Anon,
Welcome to EmpowHER. A pregnant women can't ovulate once she has conceived. Once the baby is delivered and the period comes back, then she will start to ovulate again. Any changes in your discharge while pregnant can be due to hormonal changes from the pregnancy.
