So I was making out with my boyfriend and I then touched his penis which was leaking pre ejaculate fluid . He then gave me oral and after I touched my vagina with the same hand I touched his penis with (which was dry) Can this cause a pregnancy risk? Also, after he gave me oral I had a lot of saliva dripping from me so I put a tissue in my panties and I touched that tissue with the same hand I touched his penis with and it was in very close contact with my vagina in my panties. Please help.

You were not at risk for becoming pregnant by having oral sex. Pre ejaculate fluid itself does not contain sperm. Semen does.
There was no sperm in his saliva, so no risk by putting the tissue in your panties.
