Pregnancy, stress or pms?

I am 21 yrs of age. I have a 7 day period length and a cycle length of 28 days. I am usually regular with irregularities twice to three times a year.
My period began on the 6th of May and ended on the 12th of May. I was lightly spotting up until the 14th. On May 11th, 2017 my boyfriend of 3 years and I had broken up. My ex and I had reconnected on the 19th of May and had unexpected, unprotected sex (turns out this day is the my day of ovulation which is the highest chance of pregnancy).

Coming into June I was due for my period on the 3rd. I am currently 6 days late. Experiencing symptoms of headaches, slight nausea, left side abdominal cramping and lower back pain. I know that I am slightly stressed from the break up but I am usually stressed all year from school, work and financial issues. I don't usually get symptoms of nausea or headaches before my period but I do get symptoms of tender and sore breasts which are currently not visible. I was wondering if I could possibly be pregnant or stressed therefore delaying my period.
I currently have no time this week to get checked but will do as soon as my schedule clears. Just needed some ideas on what it could be.
