So the last week or so i think i have been experiencing morning sickness, no vomiting just naseausness. Sometimes i just feel queasy like im going to throw up other times i feel like my stomach is so empty that it hurts, like i havent eaten in days.

I have been irritable towards the people i love the most, and i usually snap for no reason and then i cry about it later.

My breasts have become somewhat tender, and my boyfriend keeps telling me that they look huge!

I have extreme fatigue and even when i sleep a full 8 hours i dont wake up feeling refreshed i wake up and force myself to get out of bed everyday. Also I feel hot constantly thoughout the night i will wake up in a puddle of sweat with no blankets on.

I have had some lower back pain and more frequent headaches, also i find myself feeling weak and lightheaded for no reason. Also I have gained about 5 lbs since i last went to the doctor in september, and i have not changed my dieting habits.

Other Notes:
*last period started sept 22nd
*had unprotected sex the 1st and 2nd week of october several times
*took 2 pregnancy tests Oct. 23rd-both negative

I can feel something goin on in my stomach as crazy as it sounds it almost feels like bubbles or something possibly gas but i feel it everyday i dont know im very confussed im worried that my mind is just playing tricks on me...could it still have been to soon to dectect when i took the pregnancy test? also i used dollar store brand does it make a difference? Should i take another test today im so anxious to kno if im having a baby or not!!!!!

PREGNANT!!!!

well i finally caved and decided to go buy a better test from walmart, first response 1 test 9.98, 10 something after tax. I bought the test saturday and forced myself to wait until sunday morning to take it, to ensure that the test would work. Sunday morning rolls around couldnt have come any slower lol. i woke up at about 8 and i couldnt wait any longer so i got up and took the test 2 lines showed up very quickly. I flipped i was happy and scared and excited all at the same time. i decided i better buy a second test to be 100 percent sure so i went back and got a second test and took it as soon as i got home postive again! i was so anxious to call my doctor and make an appointment and to tell my boyfriend and my parents and family and friends i had a million things running through my mind all at once and i knew that i wanted to tell my friends at empowher right away because u all have been so supportive and helpful these past few weeks. Im excited to say that im having a baby!!!

I called my doctor first thing this morning and made an appointment for tomorrow at 10:30 to ensure 100% that i am.

this has been a long confusing road but im just glad that i finally have an answer and i can start preparing for my little one.

thanks you again so much

Lauren,

Congratulations!!!! I can feel how happy you are coming through the computer!!!

This is absolutely wonderful news. I love the way you wrote about the pregnancy testing and how it made you feel. You were so happy that I'm a little surprised you didn't keep buying tests just so you could keep seeing those great results, LOL!

Have a happy, healthy pregnancy. We'll want updates for sure!!
