I was fearing getting pregnant , my last sexual activity was 11th july, i got my period on due date 1st August but the bleeding is a little bit lighter than usual. Is this a 100% confirmation that am not pregnant ?or shall i test for pregnancy to put my mind at complete ease ?
If so shall i test during period or after it ends and should the test be in the morning or anytime of day

Your period is confirmation you are not pregnant but there is nothing stopping you from taking a test anyway - some women like to see a tangible result.
