So we and this guy messed around, he fingered me really deep (wasn't nice at all) he assures me his hands were clean but I can't help but wonder what if it wasn't? it was three weeks ago, I'm getting a white discharge, frequent urination, sorta tight feeling in my stomach. Also early a week or two ago, I was feeling really nauseous

You can't get pregnant from fingering. There is a risk of pregnancy when a woman has unprotected sex with ejaculation inside her vagina or (more rarely) on the opening. See your doctor if you feel you have a vaginal infection of some sort. For future, be more aware of what is going on during sexual play. Like knowing if he ejaculated then fingered you with fresh sperm on his fingers. This is something you should know.
