Pregnancy worry?

My boyfriend and I have recently become more and more sexually active, but we haven't fully committed to sex. He has attempted to enter me but us being both virgins, it's been kind of difficult. So we just resort to oral sex and fooling around - by fooling around I mean rubbing our genitals on the others genitals, naked grinding, etc. he has never ever ever ejaculated, or penetrated my vagina. I'm on birth control, and I have been for 3 months. My periods are super regular now, every 28 days on a Wednesday, around 8AM they start. I'm worried this period won't come, unfortunately. I've been feeling nauseated- almost like a car sick feeling during this pack that I've never experience before. I took a pregnancy test after I got my period 5 days after we fooled around naked, and it was negative. I've been convincing myself that my areolas have darkened, but in some lighting, they look the same so i don't know about that. If my period doesn't come this month, should I worry about pregnancy in my situation? Thank you for your time..

Guide

Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
You cannot become pregnant from outercourse. Since he did not ejaculate into your vagina, there is no possibility of pregnancy. Another reason you cannot become pregnant, is because you are on birth control which prevents ovulation. Without an egg or sperm, pregnancy cannot occur.
Your period will probably be regular again this month as usual.
