Hey doctor can my gf get pregnant because of pre cM on my hand ?

She can't get pregnant from pre-ejaculate on your hand. Pre-ejaculate in itself does not contain sperm. But, it can pick up sperm remaining in the urethra (the tube through which urine and semen pass) from a previous ejaculation. Once a man urinates, any remaining sperm would be flushed out.
