Would I get pregnant from a really wet penis (pc) that's rubbing my vulva and stuck inside once (in an out) cause preganancy, I was close to my ovolation days or on my fertile days and I'm worried now. I hear if there's no real ejacylation there's no pregnancy because pc is a lubricant?

Thank you for sharing your question with the EmpowHER community.
It's true, unless there is ejaculation it's pretty hard for sperm, even the small amount in the lubricating stage to travel far enough to reach your ovaries.
