Q:

Pressure in my pubic area?

Hello guys. So it's like I'm feeling a pressure inside my pubic bone. It makes me urinate from time to time. I think my bladder is somewhat overactive, or something? I don't have any pain when urinating. It's just that I feel sudden pressure inside.

Me and my boyfriend "make-out" last March 27,2012. We did dry sex. We have our clothes on. I just helped him masturbate and that's all. I did Preganancy Test last April 16, 2012 and it turned out to be fine, I'm not pregnant. It's just that I'm an Irregular Menstruating Person. I've learned that At 2 weeks (7-14days), you can already know whether you get pregnant. So basically, I did do the PT after 21 days so yeah. I know I'm not pregnant. But the fact I feel some pressure in my bladder makes me a bit paranoid.

I've had UTI once, last 2010. Do you think it's because of a re occurrence? I'm drinking plenty of water too. Since the temperature here in Manila, Philippines is so hot. -_________-

Can you guys help me?

Hi Anon,

No, if there was no intercourse and just oral or masturbation. You cannot get pregnant like this.

Thanks Daisy.

I just want to ask also if you can get pregnant if the guy is wearing nothing but the girl wears her underwear. The girl was at top of the boy. No intercourse that happened. But the girl did hand job and oral sex too. A friend is asking.

Hi Anon,

No, you cannot get pregnant while wearing your clothes. Sperm cannot swim through clothes.  Your frequent urination can be due to a UTI.  You might want to have a doctor examine you, if you continue to have this symptoms or any other.

Best,

Daisy

Hi Miss, with what me and my boyfriend did, does it really sounded like I can get pregnant? It's just that, it seems like I don't think I can get pregnant with that...

What I'm after is my frequent urination...

Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER.  Pelvic pain may be a symptom of infection or may arise from pain in the pelvic bone or in non-reproductive internal organs. In women, however, pelvic pain can very well be an indication that there may be a problem with one of the reproductive organs in the pelvic area (uterus, ovaries, fallopian tubes, cervix, or vagina).

Possible causes of pelvic pain in women only may include:

  • Ectopic pregnancy
  • Miscarriage
  • Pelvic inflammatory disease
  • Ovulation
  • Menstrual cramps
  • Ovarian cysts or other ovarian disorders
  • Fibroids
  • Endometriosis
  • Uterine cancer
  • Cervical cancer

It's important to get checked by your doctor soon, he might suggest imaging test.

Best,

Daisy
