I take 400ml of progesterone at night. The 1 week it made me sleepy. How ever now I can't sleep I wake up very often. Should I worry? My doctor prescribed them because I need to sleep due to my pregnancy. My progesterone level is very low

Guide

Hello. Thank you for posting.

If you are taking them so you can sleep but (now) it seems to be doing the opposite, you should call your doctor. The dosage may need adjusting or perhaps the effect was temporary as far as sleep goes. We cannot say. But you need to get proper rest, so hopefully, your doctor can figure this out.
