Can having a bad case of poison ivy lead to a psoriasis flare? I currently have both, and am on prednisone for 12 days. I'm on day 4 of prednisone now.

The answer is yes. This is actually called Koebner phenomenon names after a dermatologist who first found out about this phenomenon. Psoriasis is often triggered by skin irritations and can even occur with a bug bite. For more information, please check out this website http://www.psoriasis.org/about-psoriasis/causes/koebner.
