today my girlfriend woke up with some extreme pain in her lower abdomen area like to the point where she couldn't move, is this implantation because i heard thise cramps are barely noticeable ?im really not looking for a kid right now so i hope its not

implantation of the embryo in the lining of the uterus does not cause extreme pain. I suggest she contacts her primary care physician or gynecologist to report this.
