Hello Anon

Thank you for writing.

Do you have a diagnosis of asthma? Talk to your doctor about what you can do to breathe better at night in terms of an inhaler. Also, make sure your air conditioning vents are clean and your room is dust-free.
If you do not have a diagnosis, talk to your doctor about what can be done to help.
Best,
Susan
