sir\mam i and my partner had unprotected sex last month of march 17th and after that evening she ended with her normal periods and later she had a pill named unwanted 72 at night. And for yesterday april 18 it was a month after we had sex and she has not got her periods and we are very much worried about her pregnancy. i request you to reply as soon as possible.

It is very likely that she is pregnant. Having unprotected sex increases the risk.
Take a home pregnancy test to find out for sure.
