ruptured ovarian cyst while pregnant - no bleeding so where does the waste/blood go?

17 weeks pregnant - age 23. Had an ultrasound. Been on a drip, panodol forte given, sent homje to rest. Still in incredible pain coming in waves. Keeps vomitting bile & any food eaten. Please help. Any suggestions how to ease the pain.
