Right now I'm sitting here crying--pain is so bad. two nights ago I masterbated about five mins outside only. In the morning I had pain from my left butt cheaks over to the left side of my vagina and than down my legs and on my left foot. The pain is 10/10 and I can feel the nerve moving or something. Hard to explain. Now I have been experiencing this for years and years and get it every other month or so. It is probably ciatic (spelling) nerve but I"m at my witts end. IT ONLY HAPPENS WHEN I MASTERBATE. It never ever ever happens at any other time. I am desperate to find out if others have this problem and is there anything I can do. I take Pregabalin (Lyrica) for the pain....for someone that doesn't take medication this thing is stronger than tyl 3. Very very powerful stuff however it keeps the pain at bay maybe 6/10 which is semi ok. Right now the pain is 6/10......

i also have the same problem, and I am a male. It's hard not to masterbate so I always think maybe it's not the cause of the pain. After reading this I know it is... I don't know why this happens but it is because of masturbation. The pain is a ten on ten and if you get to this point you can't even walk because the pain is so bad . Good luck

My girlfriend get pain, whenever she masterbate. The pain is around vagina and it last for around 12 to 14 hrs. The duration of masturbation is around 5min only.I wanted to know is it normal condition or there is some problem.Please suggest the cause n remedy.

Anon - It's difficult to know exactly what is causing your pain, and whether or not the sciatic nerve is involved. There are reports of both men and women having sciatic nerve pain after masturbation, but there could also be other causes.

It sounds like you are trying to self-treat this and have not seen a healthcare provider. You really do need to see a doctor and find out what is causing the pain, and, more importantly how to stop it. Doctors have seen and heard everything, and will not care how you got the pain, just that you have a medical problem that needs diagnosis and treatment. I hope you will seek care - and find relief - soon.
