Me and my girlfriend were having dry sex, i was rubbing my penis on her vagina, she was wearing underwear and leggings. I was also wearing underwear. I ejaculated in my undrwear bt not at the tym of rubbing but after that, then i started rubbng again. The second time i wss wearing jeans also, now she is not getting her periods it is 5 days late, is there any chance of geting her pregnent? Plz help as we are so worried.

Your girlfriend cannot be pregnant because you did not have intercourse. She cannot become pregnant from any of the events you described.
Periods can be unpredictable and irregular, which is common and no cause for alarm in most cases.
The only time it is important to have a regular period is if a girl wants to get pregnant or she has severe negative symptoms such as debilitating cramps and no bleeding.
Since it doesn't seem that either of them things apply to her, there is nothing to worry about. You can relax.

sory for bothering u again but she gets her periods now but not a proper flow, i hope its not implantation bleeding?

You did not have sex, so there is no possible way she can be pregnant! There it is not implantation bleeding.
