By your words "4 orge", I thought you meant you were having "orgies" with four people ("orgie" means having sex with groups of people at one time).
Do you mean urge? If you are having urges to have sex...congratulations! This means you are human, as sexual urges are a natural part of human nature, and you can most certainly masturbate to release your urges, and it is the ultimate "safer sex" choice.
