The above comments are correct--semen does not travel through clothing, and there is no risk of pregnancy.

Please make sure to use a condom next time you are intimate with your girlfriend, if you ever decide to take your underwear off, so that you do not have this stress and worry. (Practice putting the condom on a few times by yourself, so you are able to use them correctly in the "heat of the moment"). Here is some additional information for you:

kakarot25,
Do not panic or kill yourself. Dry humping with clothes on does not cause pregnancy.
However, you said that you had just an underwear and she had a thin layer of clothing. If semen soaked into the side of her pants touching her vagina, because of the THIN clothing layers, then there will be a very very low risk. But again semen do not travel through clothes. In order to make her pregnant, You both should have NO clothes on and you should ejaculate directly inside her vagina or somewhere near it (like the vaginal lips) where sperm could easily drip inside.
May be her pants were wet because of her own vaginal lubrication.
Most probably she is not pregnant, next time either practice dry sex with enough clothes on, thicker clothes or use a condom to be safe in all cases.
