hello there..i am just wondering if you could help me.
my husband and I used to have an intercourse during my period week. if not the 1st day, we're gonna do it on the 2nd day or the 3rd day but of course, he do used condoms and I am on a contraceptive pill. is that ok or any side effects in the end?
and one more thing, I am a meliane pill user for years.. and 2 days ago (June 11, 2014) missed taken my pill for an hour..i normally take them at 1:03pm. then the next day, I was 5mins late taken it. then we made up on the 11th of June(night) and the next night (June12).. just wanted to know if there is any chance of me getting pregnant?
I have asked this questions yesterday, there was a reply to my email but I couldn't just see the response when I tried to open it.

Welcome to EmpowHER. If you had unprotected intercourse during your period, it's unlikely you will get pregnant. A woman can only get pregnant during her ovulation or fertile days. Which for most with a regular cycle it can happen during days 11-21. Anytime you missed taking a birth control pill are chances are higher for a pregnancy to occur. Hope this was helpful?
