Hello guys I'd like to ask that me and my girlfriend just fooling around this morning and the top of my penis just around the outside her vagina and no condom and if there is any chance she gonna get pregnant , like i wasnt play for too long jst like 2 or 3 seconds and just top of my penis like not deep inside just outside her area.

If you inserted your pernis inot her vagina, without using a condom, and you ejaculated, there would have been a risk of her becoming pregnant. This risk would have been high if she was close to ovulating or actually ovulating.
My advice is to use protection each and every time you have sexual contact. Use condoms. She needs to choose a type of birth control that will work best for her.
