ask: Sharp needle like pain in my left nipple, what could it be?

I'm only 18, my last period was 14 days ago. I had gotten into my pjs when all of a sudden it felt like I got jabbed by a needle. I was standing at the time. It keeps happening every few minutes. It's unusually harder than the right, and looks purplish. My whole left breast has become slightly swollen too. I haven't had intercourse in 7 weeks.
