Hello. My girlfriend and I had sex with a condom and I pulled out before ejaculation. Then, I took it off, washed my hands, and fingered her. Now, a day later, she is having thick white discharge and lower abdomen pain. Is there any possible way she is pregnant?

Hello,

There is no possibility of pregnancy because you did not ejaculate into her vagina during penetration.

Thicker discharge after sex is normal because its the natural way the vagina eliminates waste.  The abdominal pain is more likely related to digestion because it cannot be related to pregnancy in this case.

Thicker discharge means there is more waste to eliminate.  This can happen at any time.

Also when a girl a sexually aroused or even emotional; she produces a natural lubricant that is much thicker than regular discharge.  This "lubricant" is slowly eliminated over time.

Thicker discharge is normal.

Abnormal discharge is green or yellow and has a strong odor.  Also it is usually accompanied by itching or burning sensations.
