Q:

Should I be concerned with contracting the stomach flu and being 38 weeks pregnant?

Probably not, but you should call your OB/GYN in the morning to let him/her know of your symptoms.

The biggest concern may be dehydration if you are experiencing vomiting or diarrhea, and your doctor may want you to keep them updated if your symptoms become worse, or last more than 7 days. Be sure to keep drinking lots of clear fluids this evening, and call your doctor first thing in the morning to let them know!
