1. I have an harmonial imbalance
2. becuse i didnt want to get pregnant
but during take the pill i have changed the pills 3 time becuse i was feeling sick while taking it and tht too i was loosing weight i was 126 lbs when i started to take contraceptive and i came down to a 115 lb which was not what i wanted i went from a 9/10 jeans to a 7/8 jeans so i stopped taking the contraceptive sine ive stopped taking them im now 121.2 lbs i have been off the pill for 3 months and i have been having sex my partner and i decided to use the withdrawal method which is very good as he knows when to pull out. i was deciding to take a weight on Liquid syrup it has vitamin's and so on is it wise for me to do so ive heard things like that aren't really good for u also i don't think i will ever use contraceptive pills againg as these things do not agree with me.

Whenever a persons need to put on weight, nothing is better than real food. I highly suggest that you stay away from any "quick fix" methods. Increase your calorie intake with healthy, "real" food such as potatoes, whole grain brown rice, quinoa, and many fruits. Being off the birth control pills and increasing your calorie intake with natural grains and starches will quickly help you gain weight.
November 23, 2015 - 5:55pmMake sure that you also exercise. Most people think of exercise as a way to lose weight. But it can actually help you gain muscle mass (instead of fat) which will increase your weight.
Increase in calories coupled with exercise 3 or 4 times a week is the perfect solution.
