I had sex yesterday for the first time, and although we used condoms, it felt as if one condom broke although we couldnt really tell, so i took 4 tablets of Famila 28 at 5pm. I am aware that Im supposed to take 4 tabs right after sex and 4 tabs 12hours later, so I did that, I took 4 more tablets at 5am.
So should I stop now? I mean, we wont behaving sex till next month, so should I continue with these tabs? I really dont want it to mess up with my period!

Hello superwoman,
Famila- 28 is not available in the United States and I am not familiar with it.
Information, which I found on the internet, states that Famila -28 is a progestin-estrogen combined oral contraceptive that can also be used for emergency contraceptive.
Please consult your physician or pharmacist regarding your question. I am not qualified to advice you.
