Should I worry?

Hi!
My ovulation was due in feb 20, but on feb 21 I took postinor1 because I did sexual stuff on the 20th (I did not have intercorse but I am not sure if some semen might have fallen near my vagina). Does taking the pill affect the timing of the ovulation? Or by the time I took the pill had the ovulation already taken place?

My main question is: I know that if you take postinor before ovulation, it delays it. So, if I took postinor afterrr ovulation, will it still delay its process? For how much time does it delay it??? I know it sounds silly but I am just curious because i know that apps to predict ovulation might not be 100% accurrate)

The reason behing my question is that I had unprotected sex today ( march 2nd) however, if the pill I took on the 21st DID NOT affect the timing of the ovulation (that was suppised to happen on the 20th) then (Based on what I Know) there is no risk of pregnancy because I was not ovulating. Am I right?????... For more detail, he did not ejaculate inside me ( and he peed right before it) and also he only managed to get it inside just till the tip for very little time, i guess mainly because we were both nervous.

Is there any risk of pregnancy?

Thank you so much.

Thank you for your answer. However I think that there has been a missunderstanding. This is the first time that I've had unprotected penetration inside my vagina. (Other things that I've done without condom were outside my vagina). I really appreciate your help because it is the only guidance I can get so far. So, regarding the unprotected sex situation that happened on march 2 described (with it going in just till the tip for very little time and not having ejaculated and him having peed before) (the reason I thought this was okay is because I was not ovulating and I had already ovulated), is there any risk of pregnancy even If I was not ovulating??? because I supposedly ovulated on feb 20... 10 days beforeee unprotected sex. So, is there any risk of pregnancy even if I had already ovulated?

And I really need the answer of the other question I made regarding when should I expect my period (taking the situation described here out of the equation). It would be really helpful as all of your other answers have been.

Thank you for your patience and I hope you continue to help me.

Thanks again.
